Homemade vegan burger buns🍔🌱

2 tbsp water
4t bsp soy milk
125ml soy milk
9g dry yeast
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 flaxseed egg (1tbsp shredded flaxseeds & 3 tbsp water mixed)
40g vegan butter (soft or melted)
For the glaze:
Melted Butter with salt
Make the Tangzhong by adding all the ingredients in a sauce pan and stir it. Heat it up and stir until thick.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the wet (Thangzhong included) ingredients (except for butter).
Knead the dough (seems a little dry at the beginning, but it’s ok) then add the butter and knead for 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth.
Let the dough sit at a warm place covered for 1.5 hours.
Punch the dough and divide it into six. Form six smooth equally sized round buns and let them sit for another hour (covered). Bake them for 20minutes at 180°C (upper and under heat).
Glaze while still hot and let them cool down.
