Vegan carbonara-style Spaghetti🍝
This was such a flavourful dish which rembled a lot the pasta carbonara.

Ingredients:
100g soaked cashews
80ml soy milk
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1/4 lemon
1 Tbsp vegan cream cheese
3 Tbsp nooch
Salt and pepper
Instruction:
– Mix it all in a blender but not too smooth
– heat it up in s pan and add some milk if too thick
– mix it with the cooked pasta
-garnish with basil, chili
– optional with some smoked tofu and vegan shredded cheese
