Celebrating the beginning of christmas holidays with this delicious vegan bolognese🍝🌱

Ingredients:

200g pelati tomatoes🍅
300g vegan mince or lentils (cooked)
1 carrot 🥕
1 celery stick
120ml red vine 🍷
1/2 onion 🧅
1 Tbsp vegan butter
Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut the carrot, onion and celery in very little chunks and put it in a pan with the butter, let it sear for about 20min on medium low heat and stir every once in a while
2️⃣ add the vegan meat or lentils along with salt and pepper and cook for some more minutes, then add the wine and wait untill you don‘t smell the alcohol anymore
4️⃣add the pelati and let cook for at least 20min on low heat (the longer the better)
