Vegan Chocolate Mousse 🍫 made with aquafaba💦
Aquafaba is the cooked water of the chickpeas which has a similar texture as egg white and is quite tasteless. That‘s why it‘s perfect for chocolate mousse.
1tsp baking powder
A dash of cinnamon powder
140g dark chocolate
Splash of plant milk
1️⃣ add the baking powder and the cinnamon to the aqua faba and whip until stiff
2️⃣ melt the chocolate with a splash of plant milk in a waterbath
3️⃣ put the chocolage in a bowl
4️⃣carefully fold in the whipped aquafaba into the chocolate. Not all at once!
5️⃣ fill it in your glasses and let it cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour
6️⃣garnish with chocolate pieces and coconut flakes
