Save this easy recipe for the fluffiest focaccia🌱
235g warm water mixed with 1/4tsp dry yeast
375g flour (double zero)
12g salt
A bit olive oil
☝🏻knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and let it rest in a semi covered bowl for 2 hours
☝🏻form the whole dough it to a round ball (watch the technique in my pizza reel)
☝🏻let it rest for at least 2hours (or preferably over night in the fridge). Take it out of the fridge at least 2 hours before using.
☝🏻transfer the dough in a greased (with olive oil) baking dish and stretch it carefully to the corners
☝🏻pour over some olive oil and make some holes in it with your fingers
☝🏻fill the holes with olives and tomatoes and put some rosemary and salt on top
☝🏻bake in the oven at 240°C for 15 minutes until golden brown on top
