Red bell pepper PASTA 🌶
This is such a creamy and flavourful pasta dish. If you like spicy food give it a try! Otherwise don‘t add the chili🌶
1 Red bell pepper
1 Small onion 🧅
1 clove garlic 🧄
1-2 chilis 🌶
6-8 Cherry tomatoes 🍅
Pepper and Salt 🧂
40ml Plant milk 🥛
Cut all vegetables uncluding the onion and garlic into large pieces and put them on a baking tray. Drizzle the olive oil over everything and season with pepper and salt.
Roast for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
– Put everything in a foodprocessor/mixer and combine with the rest of ghe ingredients untill smooth.
Cook your pasta of choice and once al dente mix with the sauce.
