VEGAN BOLOGNESE๐Ÿ๐ŸŒฑ

Made this dish this week and it was so flavourful and delicious. So Iโ€™m posting it again๐ŸŒฑ

Ingredients:

200g pelati tomatoes๐Ÿ…
300g vegan mince or lentils (cooked)
1 carrot ๐Ÿฅ•
1 celery stick
120ml red vine ๐Ÿท
1/2 onion ๐Ÿง…
1 Tbsp vegan butter
Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Cut the carrot, onion and celery in very little chunks and put it in a pan with the butter, let it sear for about 20min on medium low heat and stir every once in a while
2๏ธโƒฃ add the vegan meat or lentils along with salt and pepper and cook for some more minutes, then add the wine and wait untill you donโ€˜t smell the alcohol anymore
4๏ธโƒฃadd the pelati and let cook for at least 20min on low heat (the longer the better)
