Made a reel of this one a few weeks ago where I show how to braid it.
save this easy but delicious recipe👇🏻
60g brown sugar
180ml luke warm milk
2 tsp active yeast
2 vegan eggs (egg powder or flaxegg)
55g melted vegan butter
Pinch of salt
Warm up the milk and put in the yeast and set aside for couple of minutes.
In a bowl add the flour, sugar and salt and mix well. Add all the wet ingredients (milk/yeast mix, vegan eggs, melted butter) and knead the dough untill very smooth. (8-10mins) form into a nice round ball similar to the burger bun video and but the dough in a large greased bowl and let it rise for at least two hours.
160g ground hazelnuts
50g ground almonds
160ml plant milk add it to the chocolate to melt it together in a pot
