PEANUT BUTTER NOODLES🥜🍜

This was hands down the best pb sauce I ever made and that‘s why you have to try it too🤤

Save the recipe:

3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2cm piece of fresh ginger
1 big clove of garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice and a small piece of lemon zest
2 tsp chopped parsley
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp maple sirup
½ tsp vegetable oil
50ml oat milk
☝🏻blend it all together and pour over your cooked noodles and vegetables
