Creamy „cheesy“ rigatoni 🍝🌱
Yes, pasta again! Can‘t get enough of it. This was actually so easy and quick to make.
Recipe for 2-3
100g soaked cashews
1Tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper
Some vegan shredded cheese (as much as you like)
Mix it all together in a blender.
Transfer into a large sauce pan and add some plant milk if too thick. Add some spinach and hot sauce if you like.
