Crispy sweet and sour tofu🍚🥢 anyone else hated tofu before going vegan? I only had it in the school canteen and thought it had no flavour and has a weird consistency. But since going vegan and experimenting with tofu I really love it because I know now how to cook it properly😅

My tip for a very crispy tofu is to first tap it a bit dry with kitchen paper. Then coat it with cornstarch mixed with some flour and then fry it with some vegetable oil in a pan. After it looks crispy you can add your sauce (sweet and sour) which I made from the ing ingredients:
Maple syrup
Balsamic vinegar
Soy sauce
Ketch up
Hot chili sauce (optional)
Cook it shortly until the sauce becomes quite thick. 🥢🍚
