About my chilli dinner 🌶🥑
For the people who love spicy food, I got you✊🏼 Here‘s the recipe (6 portions):
275g of vegan mince
I used the next level mince from lidlch 👆🏻fry it in a pan
2 onions 🧅
4 garlic cloves 🧄
👆🏻fry in a sauce pan with some olive oil
Add:
1bell pepper (I used a red one)
250ml red wine🍷
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
👆🏻cook and stir until reduced to 1/2
Add:
The vegan mince
800g tin chopped tomatoes 🍅
500g kidney beans (I cooked them from dry)
1 tsp agave syrup
10g dark chocolate 🍫
If too thick add some vegetable stock
Spices:
1tsp cayenne pepper
1tsp cumin
1tsp paprika powder
A dash of cinnamon
1/2tsp oregano
1/2tsp herb salt
1/2tsp black pepper
Some parsley, jalapeños and avocado to garnish 🥑
