For the dough:
480ml plant milk🥛
50g sugar
115g vegan butter (melted)
690g flour
1 packet active dry yeast
Knead and let it sit for 1hr
For the filling:
Cover everything with melted butter, sugar, cinnamon amd pecan nuts (optional)
Icing:
160g powdered sugar
2 Tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar – grease with coconut oil
– bake at 180ËšC for 25minutes
