I‘m back! The last month I‘ve been traveling through central america, which is why I didn‘t post so often here. My trip was amazing and I wish I could‘ve stayed longer but I‘m also glad to be back and being able to cook my own food. Today I made chow mein noodles🥢
Ingredients:
Ginger
Garlic clove🧄 (finally an emoji for that)
Coconut oil🥥
Firm tofu (a quarter to half a block)
1 champignon
Broccoli🥦
Soy sauce
Agave nectar
Optional: Chili sauce🌶

Instruction:
1️⃣Mince the ginger and garlic clove and fry in a pan with some coconut oil.
2️⃣ crumble the tofu and season it with some paprica and toss some soy sauce over it. Add it to the pan to fry it.

3️⃣ Add in the pan the mushroom and some broccoli. Meanwhile cook the noodles.

4️⃣ add some more soy sauce (if needed), some agave nectar (1tsp) and chili sauce.

5️⃣ drain the noodles and combine them with the rest.
6️⃣garnish with parsley and pepper.
