I know christmas is over but that doesn‘t mean that you can‘t make more christmas cookies. These are vegan BRUNSLI🍪🍫🍫 🇬🇧For 1 baking tray:
100g dark chocolate
5 Tbsp water

Melt in a hot water bath and mix with the other ingredients in a bowl.

1 pinch of salt
150g sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
250g ground almonds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Knead the dough by hand and place in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour. Then roll out between a cut open plastic bag 1cm thick. Cut it out and put it on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Leave to air dry for at least 5 hours. Then bake for 6 minutes at 250 degrees. Leave to cool on a grid. 🇩🇪 für 1 Backblech:
100g dunkle Schokolade
5 EL Wasser
In einem heissen Wasserbad schmelzen lassen und mit den anderen Zutaten in einer Schüssel mischen.

1 Prise Salz
150g Zucker
2 EL Mehl
250g gemahlene Mandeln
1/4 TL Zimtpulver
2 EL Kakaopulver

Den Teig von Hand kneten und für ca. 1/2 Std. in den Kühlschrank legen. Anschliessen zwischen einem aufgeschnittenen Plastikbeutel 1cm dick auswallen. Ausstechen und auf ein Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Mind. 5 Std. an der Luft trocknen lassen. Danach 6min. bei 250 Grad backen. Auf einem Gitter auskühlen lassen.
