CHILI CON JACKFRUIT 🌶

Delicious and flavourful dish I made some time ago🌱 I also posted a reel, which you can watch. (German below 🇩🇪)

Recipe (for 4-5 servings)
1 tin of young green jackfruit
1 onion 🧅
4 small Potatoes 🥔
350ml Vegetable broth
2 small tins chopped tomatoes🍅
2 Bell peppers
Corn, beans and peas 🌽
Seasoning of your choice
Fresh chili🌶

1️⃣wash, dry and season the jackfruit
2️⃣put some oil in a pan and fry jackfruit and onion
3️⃣ add potatoes, fresh chini and bell peppers
4️⃣Add the tinned tomatoes, vegetable broth and tomato paste
5️⃣and some seasoning (i like to use fajita seasoning along with pepper, salt, cumin, paprika)
Let it simmer for about 25 minutes
6️⃣Add the corn, beans and peasand cook for another 5 minutes
7️⃣season and garnish with fresh chili, parsley and vegan yogurt

Rezept (für 4-5 Portionen)
1 Dose junge grüne Jackfrucht
1 Zwiebel 🧅
4 kleine Kartoffeln 🥔
350ml Gemüsebrühe
2 kleine Dosen gehackte Tomaten🍅
2 Paprikaschoten
Mais, Bohnen und Erbsen 🌽
Gewürz nach Wahl
Frische Chili🌶

1️⃣Waschen, trocknen und würze die Jackfrucht
2️⃣etwas Öl in eine Pfanne geben und Jackfruit und Zwiebel anbraten
3️⃣Kartoffeln, frische Chili und Paprika hinzufügen
4️⃣Tomaten aus der Dose, Gemüsebrühe und Tomatenmark zugeben
5️⃣und etwas Gewürz (ich verwende gerne Fajita-Gewürz zusammen mit Pfeffer, Salz, Kreuzkümmel, Paprika)
ca. 25 Minuten köcheln lassen
6️⃣Mais, Bohnen und Erbsen hinzufügen und weitere 5 Minuten kochen
7️⃣ abschmecken und mit frischem Chili, Petersilie und veganem Joghurt garnieren
