VEGAN BURGER SALAD🚧
It’s Thursday, I’m currently in the park taking my daily walk, enjoying the last sunbeams and finally getting a slight spring vibe – loveeee!
Today’s recipe is a pretty random bowl which turned out to work pretty well and the dressing made it even better, so here are the deets for you 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
1 V Patty (mine was from ruegenwaldermuehle)
2 Potatoes (medium)
3-4 Tbsp Chickpeas
1/2 Tbsp Oil
👉🏼 Cut potatoes, place them in cold water for 10 min, then drain them. Add chickpeas, oil & season well (obv with a good amount of salt). Bake in the oven for 30 min / in the air fryer for 20 min. Fry your patty.
👉🏼 Slice your fave raw veggies like onion, bell pepper, carrot, cucumber & tomatoes
👉🏼 For the “burger” sauce I combined
Salt & Pepper
