CREAMY MISO MUSHROOM PASTA

Spice up your next meal with some miso and make this super creamy miso pasta.

Guuuuys, I hope your enjoying your weekend! Iโ€™m so happy that the sunโ€™s back out in Germany and weโ€™re able to step outside WITHOUT a jacket – best feeling eveeeer!

But I stop raving now and present to you the fab recipe for 2-3 portions:

Pasta (I used 140g justtaste.de black bean noodles)

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผCook your pasta according to the package instructions.

1 Package Mushrooms
1/2 Bunch Green Asparagus
1/2 Zucchini
50g Peas (fresh or frozen)
50g Black Beans
Vegan Chickโ€™n by aldisuedde (not sponsored but soooo good!)

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Chop all veggies, then add them to a pan with a little bit of water and let them cook half way through.

For the sauce:
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/8 Cup Soy Sauce
1-2 Tbsp Miso Paste
Splash of Water
1 Tbsp HoiSin Sauce
1/4-1/2 Cup Vegan Cream
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Chili
Salt

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Add the ingredients in the same order as listed to get the full taste of it. Let it simmer for a bit and combine sauce with your pasta.
