VEGAN TAPAS – Inspired by the Asian Cuisine 🍸
One thing I’m really missing is going out for dinner with friends & family! I’m anxiously waiting for restaurants and cafés to re-open to finally enjoy the good things in life 🙈
But while I’m waiting I couldn’t help myself and prep some variation of tapas for a colorful dinner!
I made a cucumber salad, noods & kimchi, chick’n & greens and Justus made a carrot & apple salad 😍
For the cucumber salad:
1 small Cucumber
4-5 Cherry Tomatoes
3 Tbsp Black Beans
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Mushroom Sauce (or HoiSin)
👉🏼 Simply chop and mix everything together & let it sit for a few minutes.
For the chick’n & greens:
1 Package of likemeat_int Chick’n (not sponsored)
Your fave greens (I used leek, broccoli & asparagus)
👉🏼 Chop, fry & season well.
For the noods I simply added a few tablespoons of pre-made kimchi after cooking them.
