EASY PROTEIN LAVA CAKES
Do you remember my apple chocolate pie? When I baked that one, I got a lot of dough left which I then mixed with some almond milk and turned into these amazing mini protein lava cakes🤩
So I re baked them with the extra ingredient and they turned out just as good! Now you can make 6 of these delish little cakes with super simple ingredients:
50g 🌱 Butter, cubed
1/4 Banana, mashed
Pinch of Salt
80g Spelt Flour
1 Scoop 🌱 Chocolate Protein ( myvegan | not sponsored)
or substitute with flour
1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
70ml Almond Milk (or Soy/Oat)
6 Tsp Vegan Chocolate Spread (I used valsoia_de | not sponsored)
Pre-heat the oven to 200C/380F.
👉🏼 Grease a muffin tin. Combine butter with erythritol, then add in all remaining ingredients until the batter gets creamy.
👉🏼 Cover 1/4 of the muffin tins with batter, add 1 good Teaspoon of chocolate spread in the centre, then cover it with the remaining batter.
👉🏼 Bake the tartes for about 25 minutes and let them rest in the opened oven for 10 minutes before you eat them.☺️
