1/2 Bell Pepper
into bite size pieces and add to a pan, cover with some water and cook until the water evaporates.
Cut 150g Tofu and add to the pan. Fry everything and season with salt & pepper, paprika powder & onion powder.
Add 100g Kimchi with some of the marinade to the pan, then add 100g of tomato sauce and stir to combine. Add more water if the sauce thickens up too quick.
Enjoy this dish once the consistency is right for you and you’ve seasoned it to your taste! 🤗
