CARROT CAKE PROATS & BAKED APPLES 🧡
This doesn’t look like much, but that bowl of oats means so much to me. It’s the first breakfast I haven’t tracked calories of since probably 8 months and it felt like shit haha honestly…
BUT nevertheless the taste is what matters and it was all I wanted this morning! Creamy oats, some sneaky carrots and warm baked apples ☺️
Here’s how I make mine:
Mix up
1 Scoop of myvegan Salted Caramel Soy Isolate
50g Oats
5g Chia Seeds
1 Carrot, grated
Pinch of Salt
Cinnamon
250ml Water or 🌱 Mylk
Either heat up in the microwave or on the stove and add more water if the consistency is too thick for you.
Chop 1 Apple and place it in a pot with cinnamon, a splash of water & a little bit of erythritol for sweetness. Fry until soft.
Lastly I added a few chopped almonds, 2-3 Tbsp of alpro greek style yoghurt and myvegan sugar-free maple syrup 🥰
