POTATOES, SPINACH & 🌱 CHICKEN

I love a simple platter and this def was a good one! Actually when I was younger there was a long time I didn’t eat any spinach or potatoes – maybe because my grandma prepared it too often when I was a kid 😬

Nonetheless, after my juice cleanse I started eating veggies and fruits I didn’t enjoy before and now I love them 🤩

This plate is full of taste and nutrients! For 2 portions I cooked about 600g potatoes and seasoned them with a lot of rosemary & salt. The spinach I prepared was from a frozen package (500g). I heated it up, added 60g of soy cream, 1 clove garlic & 1/2 onion and 10g neutral protein powder to absorb the liquid and ofc to uplift the protein intake. Lastly some grilled chicken from likemeat_int because it’s sooo good! 😍
