VEGAN TOUM SAUCE BOWL😋
You may ask: What’s toum sauce?? Wel, it’s a traditional Middle Eastern sauce made from garlic, salt, oil and lemon juice. It’s so good!
I have to admit I switched up the recipe a little and used soy yoghurt instead of oil & added some neutral protein powder from unser_pflaenzchen (not sponsored) 😊
▶️ Add 4 cloves garlic, 1/2 lemon juice, 2-4 twigs of fresh parsley/coriander & 400g 🌱 yoghurt into a food processor and blend. Slowly add about 10g of protein powder, blend until smooth and season with ~1 Tsp salt.
Yup that’s it! Super simple and quickly prepped in just a few minutes with only 5 ingredients! 🧄
For this bowl I added salad, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumber & fried vegan mince.
