VEGGIE & CREAMY BEAN DIP BOWL🕺🏼

For the Bean Dip:
100g Kidney Beans
1 Tbsp 🌱 Yoghurt
1/2-1 Clove Garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper
For the Bowl:
1 Handful Cherry Tomatoes
150g Cooked Broccoli
125g Mushrooms + 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
100g Vegan Chicken (likemeat_int )
50g Red Cabbage
1️⃣ Mash kidney beans with a fork or blender, than add all other ingredients for the dip.
2️⃣ I baked my carrots with salt & pepper in the air fryer for 10 minutes (15 min in the oven). Fry mushrooms with the balsamic vinegar and some herbs. Use same pan to fry broccoli. Prep the remaining veggies.
I added the low calorie sweet & sour sauce from got7nutrition on top which gave it a nice extra spice ☺️
