CABBAGE STIR FRY w/ GARLIC TOFU 🤩
From cabbage with love! I def underestimated the taste of fried cabbage, so I was quite surprised how good it was in combination with a lot of garlic, tofu & noodles.
The recipe calls for simple ingredients, lots of good spices and my favorite thing: Noodles! 😍

500g Pointed Cabbage
1/2 Red Onion
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Salt & Pepper
1 Block Firm Tofu
1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Mushroom Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Grated Ginger
2-3 Cloves Garlic
1️⃣ Chop all veggies, prepare noodles according to package instructions, add oil to large pan and heat it up. Add cabbage, carrots, onion and a splash of water.
2️⃣ Pre-heat oven (or air fryer) to 200°C (385°F). Prepare tofu by mixing the marinate and let tofu soak for minimum 10 minutes. Then place it in the oven and bake it until golden. Keep the remaining marinate for later.
3️⃣ Meanwhile let the cabbage shrink on medium heat. Don’t forget to stir so it doesn’t burn. Once the cabbage got softer, add mushrooms and scallions.
4️⃣ Pour the tofu marinate over the cabbage, add another splash of soy sauce and stir it in under high heat. Season to taste.
Either transfer the noodles & tofu directly to the pan and stir it in or place it side by side on a plate – enjoy 😊
