EASY VEGAN CHILI BURRITOS 🌯

I always forget how versatile wraps are and how good a simple burrito can taste! This really is no magic recipe to , it’s a easy way to use you’re leftover chili for another delish meal 🥰

Depending on how much chili you have or you’re making (Check out my chili sin carne recipe – it’s super yummy 🤩) you’d only need some tortillas and whatever additional stuffing you like. I used bell pepper, tomatoes and cilantro.

▶️ Cook or heat up your chili, pre heat the oven to 200C (390F) and prep all your ingredients.

▶️ Place some spoonful of chili in the middle of your tortilla, add your additional toppings and fold in the sides first, then roll the tortilla from bottom to the upper side. Place on a tray with the fold downwards & bake for 10-15 minutes.

This really is a simple dinner, lunch or perfect meal prep for the week quickly made with literally no effort 😋
