CHILI SIN CARNE & BAKED POTATOES 🌶

This dinner comes right from my kitchen to yours! It may be an unusual combo but tastes so delish that I couldn’t get enough of it 😍

🍴CHILI for 2 Portions🍴
[1/2: CALS 423 ~ 36C ~ 48P ~ 7F]

2 Packs of Vegan Mince (360g)
1 Red Onion (100g)
2 Carrots
1 Can of Chopped Tomatoes (450g)
1 Green Bell Pepper (130g)
1/2 Zucchini (120g)
100g Corn
100g Kidney Beans
1 Tsp Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced

Salt & Pepper
Paprika Powder
Chili Powder
Dried Thyme

1️⃣ Chop all the veggies. Heat oil in pan, add mince, bell pepper, carrots & onions and fry.

2️⃣ Add beans, zucchini & corn, then season to taste. Fry another 1-2 minutes, then pour in tomatoes and garlic.

3️⃣ Combine everything and add a little bit of water. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the liquid is gone. Season again to taste.

▶️ You can either add some potatoes as I did (Recipe is in my feed) or eat it with rice, tortillas, salad and so on 😋
