VEGAN BANANA FUDGE BROWNIES
Maybe you’ve already seen it in my story, but I have to emphasize it here as well: These brownies are perfect! They are super soft, moist and flavorful, so you just have to try them!

90g Nut Butter (I used hazelnut)
125g Oat Flour (any other flour should work as well, but you may have to adapt the amount of water)
50g Protein Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
25g Cocoa Powder
150 ml Water
40g Chocolate Drops
1️⃣ Pre heat oven to 180C (365F). Mash bananas and add all remaining ingredients except the water and choc drops.
2️⃣ Combine ingredients and gradually add water until the consistency is thick and gooey – then fold in choc drops.
3️⃣ Grease a baking tin and pour in the batter. Bake the brownies for 20 minutes and let them cool down before cutting.
Enjoy them as they are, add a frosting or dip them into even more chocolate 😍
