HOT & COLD BUDDHA BOWL 🌞🌨
It’s been a while since I’ve posted my last buddha bowl and I can’t hold back this amazing combo any longer!
This buddha bowl is an amazing mix of hot & cold ingredients – which I personally can only recommend you to try! 😋

🍴RECIPE🍴
[CALS 552 ~ 66C ~ 43P ~ 8F]
100g Bell Pepper
100g Salad
50g White Beans
50g Cherry Tomatoes
2 Large Tbsp Red Cabbage
1/2 Red Onion
1 Carrot
1 Scallion
1 Package Vegan Mince (180g)
1 Medium Sweet Potato (~170g)
1️⃣ Cut all ingredients. Cook sweet potato, fry onions and season with garlic & salt.
2️⃣ Season sweet potato with paprika powder, salt & pepper and toss into the oven for 5-10 minutes / or fry.
3️⃣ Fry vegan mince and season to taste. Heat up red cabbage in the microwave or on the stove.
▶️ Use the salad as a base and start assembling all remaining ingredients on top. Add your favorite dressing and enjoy!

🙌🙌🙌I do this all the time!!! I mix in roasted warm veggies like butternut squash and brussels with raw tomato slices and raw cucumber. I have no rules!!! The less picky you are – the more ways you can make food fun and vary up HOW to eat the same ingredients!!!!
