This meal was so flavourful and so quick and easy to make🌱

Ingredients for the sauce:
1 small garlic clove
5-6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp ketchup
50ml water
Blend everything untill you cant see any big garlic chunks and set aside

1 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 bell pepper diced
1 pak choi chopped in big pieces but seperated in the leaf parts and stems
1/2 onion
Cornflour Mix (2 tsp cornflower & 2 tsp water mixed)

2 portions of asian wheat noodles or ramen noodles

80g tofu
3 tsp cornstarch
Smoked salt, pepper, onion powder garlic powder, paprika powder
1 Tbsp sunflower oil

1. Heat up the sunflower oil in a big frying pan. Add the onions, bell pepper and the stem parts of pak choi and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes
2. Meanwhile heat a pot of water and boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes, take them out and add to the frying pan along with the leaf parts of the pak choi. Add the cornstark water mix and fry for 2 minutes on medium high heat untill everything is sticky.
3. the tofu: cut the tofu and put it in a bowl. Add the cornstarch and the other spices. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the tofu.
