VIBRANT MATCHA PROTEIN OATS 💚
I shared this recipe via reels yesterday but I felt like this picture needs to be shared as well! I just love the colors and let’s be real: More matcha recipes won’t hurt nobody 👻
Even though you can save reels, I think to save a post is still way more practical to revisit a recipe you like to recreate. So here it is for my lovely matcha protein oats!
[w/ toppings: CALS 494 ~ 63C ~ 39P ~ 9F]
[w/o toppings: CALS 357 ~ 43C ~ 32P ~ 6F]
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Matcha Powder (or more to taste)
30g Protein Powder (I use myvegan salted caramel soy protein)
250ml Water or Plant Milk (I always use water)
optional: FlavDrops or Sweetener
130g Soy Yoghurt
1️⃣ Mix the main ingredients, add more water if needed and then top your oats with my suggested toppings or spice it up with your favorite combinations!
