EASY Vegan Protein Pancakes 🤤
Happy last week of the year, my friends! 2020 is officially over in a few days and guess what, I’m not sad about that haha
I hope you were all able to celebrate an amazing Christmas time with you loved ones in rl or virtually! I enjoyed the few days off Instagram with my parents, my bf and loads of good food 🌱🍪
Now, here’s a new version of my favorite vegan 35g protein pancakes topped with nectarine, raisins, soy yoghurt and a spoonful of peanut butter. The whole portion (including toppings) had 626 Calories and 48g of protein in total. 🤩
[CALS 381 ~ 60C ~ 35P ~ 1.5F]
70g Spelt Flour
40g Vegan Protein Powder (I used myvegan Salted Caramel)
5g Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
~ 250ml Sparkling Water or Vilk (depending on the protein powder you’re using)
1️⃣ Mix all dry ingredients, then add yoghurt & water and combine well.
2️⃣ Bake them until bubbles appear on the top side. Flip and bake until golden brown.
