Potato Fries (~280g Raw Potatoes)
Tofu (~180g drained)
1/2 Onion (~60g)
50g Cherry Tomatoes
1 Carrot (~60g)
1 Tbsp HoiSin Sauce (or Asian Mushroom Sauce)
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Vegan Yoghurt
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
1️⃣ Chop all your veggies and place it in a large bowl or plate. Prepare your potato fries.
2️⃣ Mix the ingredients for the dressing and set aside. Fry tofu in a non-stick pan with some paprika powder, curry and salt.
3️⃣ Taste your dressing and add some sweetener if you like (i.e. agave syrup, maple syrup or stevia). Now pour it over your bowl and enjoy!
For real, these Buddha bowls are so easy to recreate with your favorite veggies, can be changed with some grains instead of potatoes and lentils for protein instead of tofu – all you need to do is try it yourself 🙈
