BANANA SPECULOOS PROTEIN PANCAKES 💛🤎

These pancakes only need 6 main ingredients and a little bit of your time to become the perfect winter breakfast!

1 Ripe Banana
50g Vegan Protein Powder (I used myvegan soy isolate vanilla)
50g 🌱 Yoghurt
70g Flour
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (you won’t taste it)
220ml Water or Milk (you may need more or less depending on your protein)
Optional: 1 Tsp Baking Powder

For the flavor: 1 Tbsp Speculoos Seasoning

1️⃣ Mash your banana, combine with all other ingredients and add the liquid at last to make sure the consistency of the batter is rather creamy and light.

2️⃣ Preheat a non-stick pan (you may need a little bit of oil) and pour in 1/4 cups of the batter.

3️⃣ Let it bake at medium heat and flip your pancake once bubbles appear on top and you can easily lift them with a spatula.

I love to eat my pancakes with cinnamon yoghurt, blueberries and peanut butter, my bf likes to eat his with a lot of chocolate spread, shredded coconut and banana – and these are only 2 of various options how to enjoy these bad boys!🤪
