HEALTHY SCHNITZEL & VEGGIE PLATE 🤟🏽
I admit it: I love vegan meat substitutes! I think a lot of them are really tasty and some are better than the real meaty version! I didn’t stop eating meat because of the taste – I personally like the taste of it – but for my own health, all animals & environmental reasons I believe that ing a plant-based diet is a big step in the right direction!🙏
This plate has been my homage to my old love for Schnitzel with the delicious alternative from veganz !🤤
1 Vegan Schnitzel
1 Tsp Oil
100g Peas (I used a frozen package)
200g Cherry Tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
1️⃣ Chop the zucchini, heat up oil in a frying pan and toss the peas and zucchini in. Let fry and season generously.
2️⃣ Push the veggies to the side of the pan and fry your schnitzel. Season it with salt & pepper. Slice the tomatoes in half.
3️⃣ Now comes the fun part: place the tomatoes with the inside down in the pan and let them sit for about 2-3 minutes on low heat. Use a spatula and gently take the tomatoes out.
Sprinkle the scallion on top of your plate for some freshness and enjoy this delicate & healthy plate.😛
