ROSEMARY MIE NOODLES & GREEN BEANS 🍜
Remember the vegan protein rainbowl I’ve shared a few posts back? Here you have the side dish I made on top of the bowl which can easily be eaten as a main for lunch or dinner.🙏
➡️ The recipe is so easy I don’t really need to write it down. I just took (vegan) Mie noodles and boiled them in a bit of vegetable broth and hot water from my kettle. The beans I had to boil in hot water and then I seasoned them with salt & pepper.
➡️ The noodles are relatively fast to make. Once they were done, I added fresh rosemary, mixed in some soy sauce and lemon juice.
It is really as easy as it sounds and still super delish! If you want to eat it as a main meal I’d suggest you add some tofu or seitan for protein. 🤤
