Simplicity Bowl with Vegan Gyozas, Carrot Noodles, Creamy Spinach, Arugula & Scallions 😋

This bowl was made super quick out of everything I had left in my fridge that day. I bought the vegan gyozas in a Asian supermarket nearby and they were so good and fast to make!
Nutrition wise the whole meal had about 389 calories. It was high in carbs with 51 grams, but also contained 17 grams of protein and 12 grams of healthy fats.
I also love to add some kimchi and peanut sauce on the side to literally drench my plate in it! 😅
