50g Raw Quinoa
2 Carrots (~270g)
50g Avocado
1 Scallion
50g Arugula
90g Cherry Tomatoes
20g Vegan Sausage
Paprika Powder
Salt & Pepper

Sauce:
1 Tbsp Hoi Sin Sauce
1-2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Tahini
Salt & Pepper

1ļøāƒ£ Cook the quinoa with double the amount of water. Add more water if necessary. Cut all veggies & the sausage and mash the avocado.

2ļøāƒ£ Fry the carrots with paprika powder, salt & pepper. Also add this seasoning to the avocado mash (and garlic for even more spice).

3ļøāƒ£ Mix the ingredients for the sauce together, start placing all your ingredients in a big bowl and top it with the tahini dressing.
