Just scrolled through my camera roll and found this delicious 479 CALORIES bowl which I donāt want to deprive you of! š

50g Raw Quinoa
2 Carrots (~270g)
50g Avocado
1 Scallion
50g Arugula
90g Cherry Tomatoes
20g Vegan Sausage
Paprika Powder
Salt & Pepper
Sauce:
1 Tbsp Hoi Sin Sauce
1-2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Tahini
Salt & Pepper
1ļøā£ Cook the quinoa with double the amount of water. Add more water if necessary. Cut all veggies & the sausage and mash the avocado.
2ļøā£ Fry the carrots with paprika powder, salt & pepper. Also add this seasoning to the avocado mash (and garlic for even more spice).
3ļøā£ Mix the ingredients for the sauce together, start placing all your ingredients in a big bowl and top it with the tahini dressing.
