Sunday is the perfect day to chill and do nothing, right? So the easiest dinner of all is right here and calling your name! 😏

🍴All you need are your favorite veggies, some fresh rosemary, a nice protein source and a good sauce to top everything with!

➡️ I chopped cauliflower, green beans, carrots, tomatoes and tofu, mixed it all up with some delish seasoning, a tablespoon of oil and tossed it in the oven. After 5 minutes I added fresh rosemary twigs and gave everything another mix on the tray.

➡️ While the veggies and tofu were roasting, I took some canned chopped tomatoes, seasoned them properly and heated the sauce up in the microwave.😬

I hope you’re having a delish roasted Sunday dinner! Today is surely the best day to get cozy on the couch and watch your favorite movie of all time – mine would be ‘Chocolat’ with Johnny Depp 🤤
