5 INGREDIENT SPINACH PASTA 🌿

This week I discovered my love for spinach again haha! Haven’t had it in a while and now I’m totally back on track enjoying it with every single meal – ok only 3 meals of the week but still šŸ˜†

I love a creamy sauce and this one is so easy, quick and full of protein – are you a fan of spinach? 🧐

450g Spinach (I used a frozen package)
100g Silken Tofu
1/4 Onion
10g Non-flavored Protein
5g Nutritional Yeast
Water (or use more silken tofu/ yoghurt or cream)
Salt & Pepper
Nutmeg
Cumin
Paprika Powder

1ļøāƒ£ Heat up the spinach in a pot and add chopped onion once spinach isn’t frozen anymore.

2ļøāƒ£ Mix dry ingredients, add silken tofu and stir well.

3ļøāƒ£ Pour creamy mix into spinach and let it simmer for a few minutes, then season to taste.

ā–¶ļø I ate the creamy spinach sauce with 70g black bean noodles and 200g tofu seasoned with curcuma.

My whole plate had 670 calories, 20g carbs, 85g protein & 21g fat šŸ˜‹
