EASY HIGH PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞🫐
Wow, what a day… I was running from one meeting into the next and had no time to do anything – love the pre Christmas stress 😅

Now to the real deal: these amazing pancakes! They are super easy and fill you up with everything you need for a good morning 😇

70g Spelt Flour
40g Vegan Protein Powder
5g Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
~ 250ml Water (depending on the protein powder you’re using)
1️⃣ Mix all dry ingredients, then add yoghurt & water and combine well.
2️⃣ Bake them until bubbles appear on the top side. Flip and bake until golden brown.
I seasoned my pancakes with some extra cinnamon and topped them with baked apple spice from stayspicedcom (not paid) – it is sooo delish and tastes very much like Christmas! 😍
