HIGH PROTEIN CAULIFLOWER BOWL 🧡
Some of you may have guessed it: I’m currently eating in a calorific deficit and counting calories since several weeks. I’m half way through the deficit phase now and believe me, I’m so ready for it to end 😬
To keep my muscle mass high and rather loose fat, I try to eat a lot of protein and keep track with fat and carb intake. Since I’m def no expert I got some help from vegane_muskeln who is supporting me with a workout plan and weekly check-ins.
