CRISPY POTATO FRIES & WEDGES 🍟
Thank you again for taking part in my little survey yesterday! That really helped me to understand how I should create posts in the future 😊
One question was: If there’s anything you have in mind for me to change or focus on and a lot of you responded with “recipes with less ingredients” – soooo I have a really easy, healthy and only 2 ingredient recipe for you (excluding seasoning) to try 🙌🏽
🍴RECIPE for 1-2🍴
[whole portion: CALS 315 ~ 60.2C ~ 7.5P ~ 4.5F]
2 Medium Potatoes (~ 380g)
1 Tbsp Oil (~ 5g)
1/2 Tsp Paprika Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin
Salt & Pepper
1️⃣ Pre-heat your oven to 180-200C (375F) or for even better results, use an air fryer.
2️⃣ Cut your potatoes in half. Then slice each half into about 1-2 cm pieces. Lastly slice the pieces lengthwise again, so each side has about the same size.
3️⃣ Mix potatoes, oil and seasoning together, then place on a baking tray without overlapping so they really get crunchy! (You don’t have to pay attention to that in an air fryer 💁🏽♀️)
3️⃣ Bake for about 25 minutes or longer if you want – just make sure they don’t get too dark in the smaller edges.
I garnished mine with some parsley and dipped them into sweet & sour sauce! They fit perfect to a salad or burger as well 😋
